Hey OFF! It's been a while due to how busy I have been between school and some other things I have been working on but I finally got out on the ice! Head out to Cook's Bay yesterday morning for some fun. A co-worker and I got out and the bit was on within the first 5 minutes of us getting to our spot and ripping some crankbaits. The perch did not stop coming. unfortunately only a few jumbos were caught but easily of 50 perch total for the first whole. Going back out to simcoe(barrie) this weekend. Bait wise, I stuck to using a gold tungsten small jighead tipped with an Xzone lures panslammer(white), Buckshots(green red treble), and a lipless crank to get those fish in close.
