Spring thaw right now - maybe the river that connects Erie and Ontario?

lol.... I avoid the crowds as much as posable .. I'd rather catch 2 fish a day and see no one then catch 30 fish shoulder to shoulder

I hear yeah.... but i am pretty sure everyone knows of this area, there are videos on the front page of this forum on this area for Christ sakes! I think any first timers will be in for a little of a shock how you have to get there! I feel this keeps alot of people away. I know i stay away from there, because there is so much more potential in other areas on that piece of water.

My legs feel sore just thinking of that walk back up   and it's even worse if you're bringing home a sizeable fish

I remember almost passing out half way up some time.. then saw like a 10 year old girl with her family easily scaling those stairs.  I felt pretty embarrassed lol but it truly is hard when you're as out of shape as me  but it's worth it.  I've caught and seen others catch species I've only ever seen there.

Yeah it's easy at ten young bones no weight to lug! It's when you get older and done a lot more that it kills going up. To be young again. :-)
