Hey everyone, haven't been on in a couple years but am getting back into fishing again. my fishing buddy is moving to alberta at the end of may and I'm always looking to meet new people with the same interest of fishing. float fishing is my preference although its been a while since I've been able to get out. i also chuck lures for salmon when the time is right. i do most of my fishing on the nottawasaga as i live in barrie. i'm looking to get out soon if anyone is interested. I'm 26 and currently laid off so plenty of time for fishing.

Welcome back, I fish gergorian bay on my vacation, mainly collowingwood harbour. Any other spots around that area you would suggest? And welcome back again.

there are quite a few creeks/rivers coming out of georgian bay between wasaga and meaford. check the regs because i know there are some sanctuaries in that area. i used to see a lot of anglers fishing from the shore in craigleith but parking laws along the road have changed and i'm not sure of any other parking options. maybe the provincial park there? hope this helps!
