Was out all day today, water is high and pretty muddy, making few pools 'pools'. Everywhere is rapids right now, with about 4-6 inches visibility. Huge roe bags couldn't even entice a steel. No one was catching anything, not even suckers. Not a nibble for anyone.

pretty much what i would have expected after the rain on friday combined with the run off

true! but it allows me to get other stuff down around the house so that when the waters are perfect i can go out

my local trib was raging this weekend up about 3 feet. but if you could find some soft water, the fish were there. lots of hits and no people :)

I was at gb trib yesterday was there two hr fish are there nailed three gorgeous females released all hit about five just below a couple set of rapid in slower pool water clear rain will change that for sure come on may 26th lol and bye way they almost ripped rod out of arm loved it lol

i dont believe these people saying they hammer fish in chocolate milk water, i think its more like they're fish stories just grow and grow since no one was at the river to set the story straight.

Hehe thats fine. I was east. The fish were not in the main current...they were close within a few feet of the bank.
