All sorts of fish there, according to urban fishing. Also points out specific spots from shore, looks like a good place...

just go and try 
theres lots of people there at all times who you can talk to. or observe if youre shy lol

Can't give a review, but I know you can get Bass, Pike, Carp, Suckers and Cats there. Also other things, but I can't go into detail as per forum regs.
You'll just have to give it a go and see what happens
I see the words leg work so often on this forum, and I will use them now.
