have you tried grenadier pond. I caught a few decent sized bass last week ranging from .75 lbs to 1.5 lbs.

hey bud if youve been to acquitaine and professor why not try milton area? its not that much farther... 15 minute drive down derry road from acquitaine area.
if you can get there check out mountsberg lake. park on the west side and have at it.
its been great this year although the pike are up in numbers right now.(not a bad thing for me)
and dont forget river for smallmouth. its been good this year too.
but as for spots on that youll have to do some legwork buddy

well he's asking for bass. I don't think he will get the same amount of info for salmonids...

Why are GTA bass spots not as highly regarded as salmon spots? They take much more work to find!

not really. plus bass is abundant around gta. Salmon is only achievable to every shore angler this time of the year. besides most of the areas provided so far are stocked...

Trust me, just because bass are everywhere doesn't mean good bass are everywhere, I've got spots no one on this board has heard of in the GTA.

there you go. Like I said, the reason we try not to give out info about salmons and steels is because only selective tribs will have them this time of the year and also because of the spawning period. You can catch bass in most ponds around GTA. how to catch them well that's another story. We don't need to provide secret spots for bass. Keep it. We just provide generic spots where most people catch bass. Try to provide a spot where you caught salmon or steel and by looking at google, it won't take long for everyone to figure out when and where to get them.

i found the best bass are right in the brickworks. ive only fished there once, and i caught 2 bass, but ive seen people bring in 2-3 pounders. just using either a yum, or top water frog
