So I took my eggs out of the freezer that I cured a few weeks ago. But they are suppppppper soft and watery. Is there anyway to harden them now or is it to late? I did brown sugar and salt cure. To late to try Somthing like procure?

Hey Try some Borax on the eggs or skeen. Check out youtube on different ways.

Hey If you didn't water harden them you missed the 1st step to good eggs
you could try to lay them out on card board topped with paper towels and dry them up a bit then borax sprinkled and rolled in
the drying will help toughen up the outer layer
