^ you probably had a perfect drift going while trying to fix that nest.
I cut my line once because a nest got out of control and I started hand lining it in because there was alot of it and it had a spinner on the end of it. You better believe that's when a brookie hit it. Best fight ever. He won. Too much drag with the hands lol.

FYI, I still dont know how to cast.
you can say that again! I lost the biggest on the day after a failed Wallace cast ended up with a birdsnest, and while untangling it, whammo! ... that helpless feeling when you are just waiting for the break-off lol
took some time to figure out that cast but even until now it sometimes gives me a overspool specially when i pull it too hard! LOL!!!!
