1st id love to go and catch some white sturgeon in the east rivers they are known to be in.

2nd id love to try and catch some giant catfish in the southwest asia areas they r known to be

3rd id love to try and catch what some say is the hardest fish to catch the goliath tigerfish

I'd love to chase char in northern Canada and Payara in South America - both centerpinning.

Some peacock bass in Central or South America would be awesome. And fishing the flats again in places like keys of Cuba would be great, but with a boat this time instead of from the causeway like I have before.

By the way, do you mean the giant cats of SE Asia as opposed to SW Asia? That's where Jeremy Wade goes for River Monsters. Rivers like the Mekong.

Oh and as for the Tiger fish, was it the episode of River Monsters in Africa that inspired you? It took him like weeks to finally catch one lol. The rough water he was fishing in would scare me away!

Honestly if I could fish either Lake Okeechobee, Lake fork, or Falcon Lake for some big largemouth that would be awesome. Otherwise fishing for Peacock bass would be great as well! They are a fun fight on the topwater from the looks of it.

I second the Alaska trip.

Funny thing is I spent three years up in northern Quebec for work where there was ample Arctic char and Atlantic salmon.. But I only fished 3x....
