Sitting in an outrigger canoe in the S Pacific, 15hp motor flat out, trolling for sailfish/wahoo/mahi-mahi. The sailfish don't jump - they explode out of the water! Wahoo hit like freight trains, and mahi-mahi are just pretty :)

Lots of great ideas here, any one sounds like it would be a good experience.
For me I would like to relive some past experiences. Lake Nipigon region for monster Brookies, the world record Speck came from Nipigon, my PB, 11 lbs also came from there on a mouse fly.
I would also love to revisit some Newfoundland and northern Quebec tribs for the " Leaper ", Atlantics. Most of those tribs also have runs of coasters, sea run Brookies. My biggest Newfie Brook was about 9 lbs, Quebec, 10. Atlantic in Newfie was 22 lbs and cleared the water by 6 ft on one leap.
Think I just revelled my " bucket list."

Labrador for atlantis or Nipigon area for Specks, add to that, north shore of superior for anything that swims!
