It has been 1 year, 1 month and 5 days since my last steelhead...until this morning. Within 5 minutes of fishing I hooked a 5-6 or so lb coloured up buck. I hauled it into the net within 45 secs, wasn't gonna lose yet another steel this fall. Sorry about the pic, had to take it with an old ipod, but at least there's proof.

Congrats! That looks like a beauty.
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with a long streak of skunked steelhead outting.
