Hello all. In feb my gf booked a chalet at lake bernard for my bday. I was hoping somone would be willing to share with me a good place to catch ling? I know it's a just before sunset and just after type of fish to catch. Other then that I have no idea where to start, structure to look for or bait and set up to use?
I also wouldn't mind some pointers for good laker and white fishing if someone is feeling real generous . I know this lake can be a lot like Simcoe.
We are staying at the north ridge in if this helps at all.
Thank you all
Nick

Is that Lake Bernard at South River?
Can't really help with winter tactics, but know the area well in the spring.

That would be the one. I guess bernard lake. If you feel better you could pm me . I'm sure the fish don't move to much from summer to winter given the topography of the lake
