Even if it does it is going to be muddy as hell for another couple weeks after that.

Freezer, thanks for the update. It looks and sounds like the ice was extra thick on the tribs this year after the coldest february in 125 years.

bigger rivers will have fishable spots. Took a drive over a few rivers that were wide open yesterday. Id be going for steel this weekend if Simcoe lakers didnt close on the 15th.

water over ice, i looked at a local creek this evening, its all run off water flowing over ice

east is slow flowing waters, there might be some rivers in the west with faster flowing waters opened up.

only the mouths are open now. Might be hitting the mouth out east over the weekend, depending on the winds
