Salmon in the rivers/creeks

I'm planning on heading out this week and since I do not live close to any of my favourite creeks/rivers, I am asking if anyone has been out recently and if there are any salmon in. If you are uncomfortable with exposing it to the forum, I would greatly appreciate a message. Thank you all and tight lines.

They're all over... I'm doing some "soul searching" myself this morning to see how everyone else's weekened was. I was on an eastern trib harbour all weekend. Saturday was very busy, with lots of action from 6am-8am, with Sunday and Monday producing very little, and no fish. Me, personally had my first salmon hit a spoon in my life, which is literally awesome. I can't wait to get another one. This time I'll be better prepared with fresh line, and sharper hooks

Was out and about and they have been running in small numbers all over the East. Its still been pretty hot out to go target them in the rivers. The piers, like everyones saying are really heating up. I need to get out there myself soon

I'd say a trickle or a drizzle but not a major run, but maybe 1 more big rain will bring them in. Spotted 5 in a pool way up north when i had my afternoon walk today.
