I am new to fishing in St. Catharindes. i am looking for some good fishing spots and if anyone is interested, i am looking for some friendly people to fish with and can show me how to fish better

I went to school in St. Kits. Thank goodness I got into fishing afterwards or I would have never got my degree haha. You're real lucky man, I can't tell you how many times I have done the drive down there at 3AM to beat first light to fish the Niagara in Dec/Jan/Feb when we are frozen up on the north shore. The Niagara river is amazing. Like anything it takes some time to understand the river. Check out the whirlpool. World class fishing all year around. I can't even tell you how many species we have gotten into down there. 

 

If you give some more info some other members on the board will be able to steer you into the right direction (what you are after etc.)
