Decided to head out for some steelies Sunday dispite the lack of rain and the extreme clearwater conditions. Once there was some light and we could actually see the bottom and the steelies swimming around. I thought all hope was lost after throwing almost everything I had at them for hours. I watched them move out of the way everytime my drift got close.

I went and sat down and had a chat with my buddy and gave my 2 cents as to why I thought they were not biting. I made a suggestion to try 2 things that were a long shot and which I have never tried. Slowly walked over to the pool ensuring I stayed far back to not spook them. They had settled down from my lack of presence for the last half hour. Tossed my newly found fav at the pool and immediately a big one turned and smashed my bait so hard I slipped and fell off the rock. Completely caught me off guard. First fish on shore.... I advised my friend to switch to the same and it turned out to be one of my best outings yet.

9 monsters and 2 shakers were landed on what seemed to be a bust day.....

I've had it for 2 years now. I love it! Waterproof, windproof, pretty much weather proof. I am buying another once this one is burned out. Highly recommended.

I figured it's good stuff. Was waiting for a review to pull the trigger on one.

A couple more. Couldn't leave the little guy out. He was in the air more than the water lol.
