Hahaha my wife bought me a steelhead soft shell for my bday and I had to pretend that I really like it. If she didn't have a 75% off promo code I would have made her return it. I only wear it around the house or like to Wal-Mart so nobody sees me in it

had the same soft shell in white. its ok but too colorful in the front grahics.

Dont get me wrong, I salute these guys for creating a product and marketing it to the masses. But if a company is quick to respond for credit card numbers yet slow to respond to any messed up orders and it seems like you're pulling teeth than that speaks volumes. I will spend my money elsewhere, they do have some really neat designs though.

Fishbum ... I have to agree, the worse customer service I have ever seen. The were short one shirt on our Christmas order and they still haven't sent it. I've sent emails and tried calling numerous times. They have responded by email saying they would correct the order but nothing yet.
We used the sizing chart and ordered accordingly but all the shirts are too tight. If you order from them up size you choice. And don't bother trying the live chat on their web site it never works. They also never answer the phone. you get the standard message" do to a large number of call we ask that you get a hold of us by email"
This company should be ashamed of its self. Again I cant stress it enough..... Poor at best Customer service..
That's my Rant.

Its not like a guide in alaska who lives in his waders for weeks and weeks" When you go out , you go out. Knee hi or ten feet deep, an hour outing for a few drifts or an all day occasion you put your gear on and go. I don't know where you are going with that one but that Simms stuff cost $$$$$$.

Just saying I find the whole show off a particular brand, prostaff, super expensive unnecessary gear thing amusing,no harm meant. by all means dont take personal. I have some very high end gear and use it.
I hate browning stickers on trucks too...
