Hi everyone,

 

I moved to town recently and to be honest am trying to adapt the fishing techs from a salt water angler  into a a fresh water and specially lakes, i've done surf fishing,some basics of trolling, spear gun, Tuna casting so i would say i have some knowledge but i wish sincerely if you guys could guide me through learning the basics of the fresh water.

You may be able to apply some of your surf fishing knowledge at some of the river mouths around Mississauga. In the fall and spring, casting spoons into Lake Ontario near river mouths can produce trout and salmon.
