Pretty much anything as long as they are in season.
Fish gotta eat year round, they don't hibernate, altho Bass do become sluggish in winter, but are out of season anyway.
Just have to seek and find.

Ur best bet right now is pike (getting shallow), crappie, perch, and Lake O Browns
