dont mean to bug ya but where abouts in the Kawarthas? and is there anywhere to do any shore fishing there? would be much appreciated as i do not own a boat. I personally often fish in Bobcaygeon offshore with lots of success but there is no pike there.

Lots of places around mitchell lake to fish from shore early season for pike. Go check it out.
