How far up the Credit do the Trout get during the Fall run?

I live in Brampton and was wondering if the trout make it up here.
There is a fish ladder at hwy 7 in Norval so my guess is yes. There are for sure Browns and resident rainbows there.

Yes the steelhead do get up there. But in some stretches there are some strict regulations.

I heard the steelhead runs are all but dead on the credit. Its too bad really. I hope what i am hearinf is inaccurate.
