Hi,

 

I want to try to catch a Scugog Musky for catch and release.  I have never caught one yet in my recent lifetime.  I was wondering if there's any tips the musky expert can offer me. I'm gonna be fishing the lake and maybe the river regions.  What kind of lures do they like best? I' am assuming that Musky do not eat worms.... 

 

Any tips will be greatly appreciated,

Also, LF the location of the Scugog Smallmouth Bass as well.  But I suspect I already know the perfect spot for that... seen a smallie minnow caught the size of a finger there. 

 

I'll trade LMB locations for SMB locations on Lake Scugog. PM ME.

Scugog is extremely deadly for musky but only when you're on the lake, I caught my first one a month ago and 5 trips later I've already caught over 10 nothing under 7 pounds my last one being a 45 in at 30 pounds if you're still looking for musky I'll tell you exactly how to get one pm me(:

look at musky lures, 10-24" long, you NEED heavy gear for them.
