Hey everybody, new to the site here. I live on the shores of Huron and most of my fishing is done with a fly rod, spey fishing for steel, little creeks for brookies, and throwing monster flies to pike are some of my favourites. I want to expand and do more pier casting for trout and salmon with a fly rod as well. I have been a member of other forums for some time and just decided to sign up here. Looking forward to adding to some of the discussions here.

Dan

Hey Dan, welcome.
Please let me know if you have any success with salmon on the fly, would love to try this as well especially while they are still chrome-ish and around the river mouths. I primarily also fly fish for steelhead, browns and occasionally bass, along with an annual trip the the salt flats. Haven't tried for pike really although have caught a couple small ones unintentionally while bass fishing.

Hope to hear some success stories form you soon - tight lines!
