I usually grab my stuff for them from fishing world in Hamilton, but have in a pinch grabbed the kit at sail for $12.99. Which makes about 10 harnesses, or a bit more depending on how many blades you use.
If your going to build them, it's much cheaper to buy all the supplies bulk, watch a couple YouTube videos an your laughing!

Your telling me, I use YouTube for all my tv viewing in my room. Countless hours watching videos on anything, and everything. Currently on a lead ingot/custom lead Molds phase, but also been watching a ton of vids on hand carving wood.
I'm about half way through a whitefish carving, a ton of work but looks good so far
