Been out for three weeks already now but it looks like the big lake is finally shaping up to be ready for the masses this weekend.

Yep she was late this year, hope this cold weather sticks around for a while.

I'm slowly dipping my toes on self employment...made nice extra quids last year...I am liking the self employment freedom but still too early to let my job go.

Got out Monday on simcoe in 79ft of water, went 8/11 on whities and landed two lakers. Fishing was great in the morning, slowed down in the afternoon. Bear point also out his huts out, we didn't go there but that's an option for guys too

I hope it freezes up real nice.  I'm not a fan of this on and off weather we've been having.
