I am curious if the harbours and marinas around lake ontario host resident species. And not just migratory ones. Im interested in carp and catfish mostly for the summer. I know most hold pike.

Most harbours hold fish you mentioned but make sure to check town bylaws. Some harbours are off limits to fishing.
