Hey, so my girlfriend has never been fishing or camping and I'm looking to take her on june 23 to 25. i usually just head up to algonquin and fish for lake trout but i think for her algonquin will be a little too much for her first time. and we only have 3 days. we live in london so I'm trying to keep it within a 3 hour drive.  i would like to take her with more secluded camp sites and some good fishing. i have a canoe and 2 kayaks so i can get out on the water. I'm new to the area so i am not sure where to go. any good suggestions

I recommend Long Point Prov Park.

It's close and has good bass fishing.

LOL! Maybe its just me, but i dont think this is entirely fishing related!!

 

I am not to familiar with the area but you can look into the Grand River? - I'm sure they have a few camp sites and fishing is always decent.
