Hasn't been that bad! Just a matter of adjusting to the conditions, warm weather go deeper and slower. Take advantage of peak times (Sunrise and sunset) and lots of hoping/praying while you wait!
I have certainly done better, but I have also done worse so I am not complaining!

Can anyone agree or disagree that 2017 summer in ontario has had some awful fishing?
I can agree the weather has hit hard this year,I live in the Winona area and it has stormed at least 4/7 times a week for a while now, just hoping the salmon run will be plentiful this year

I don't know, this has been a good year for me. Lots of smalljaws and walleyes every time out.

no complaints here,, like Outdoorsman said, take advantage of peak times, try other lakes/rivers.
2017 has been one of my best bass summers yet... its been outstanding, ive been trying techniques i normally would never tie on a line ,,, spend parts of your fishing days trying different things u normally wouldnt,, u never kno,, u might just find the next best thing!

Pretty hard to say fishing in all of Ontario has been bad. Been great for resident trout fishing.
