So I was hanging around Dollarama when some rude old lady started making comments about the women's panties and spouting some rules about not wearing them on my head... or something like that... whatever... so I decided to go and smell all the soaps instead, but on my way over I found some good deals and useful fishing stuff.
The fillet knives they offered before were the same price, $4, but this one is a 9" model. I haven't tried to put a good edge on it yet but I expect it will be okay.
These little pom poms were several interesting shades of orange. I guess about 10mm dia.
These lockable containers are surprisingly tight with a good screw lid. About 2 oz volume. I locked 3 together and they are tight!
These little containers come in a 6 pack and are about 1 oz volume. The lids are a tight fit and the little tab is easy to remove with scissors. They fit perfectly in my Flambeau box, 4 to a row. Turn 'em upside down to see the contents easier. The hold exactly 40 8mm trout beads.
These elastic bands have some great colours to them and a steady hand and sharp xacto could render some bead-stops in a pinch. They could also be handy for a thorax of some types of nymphs in place of a regular natural coloured band, or you could put them in your hair. They're so pretty.
