Hi folks,
Bought a used Islander steelheader the other week, and it seems to be in good condition other than the spin time is only a minute or so (whereas my buddy has the same reel that spins for 5 min or so) and when it spins its fairly loud
Is this a sign my bearings need to be switched out? I did a thorough clean already, part of me is worried its a bigger issue but I dont want to spend the money to send it to BC if I don't have to....
If I go for a bearing replacement, should I send it in or is replacing them yourself easy enough?
