I've been sleuthing around here for a little while so I figured it was about time to join the party.
Been fishing for 20 years (and I'm not even 30 yet!). These days I'm in Peterborough. Been hitting the banks in my chest waders for the past couple of years. Most of my experience growing up was with largemouth, smallmouth, and pike on small shallow lakes off a canoe or from shore. These days those are still my primary target species, but I've since tried to branch out from there. Just this year I caught my first steelhead and salmon. It's basically an addiction.
Anyhoo... I'm going to throw in a quick question here. Is there a policy on reviving old threads that have been inactive for a while? If I want to post a topic that already exists, would it be preferable to revive a thread that has been inactive for a couple of years or to start a new one?

Hi Mike! Welcome, I have no say in what goes on here but idea prefer you brought back a dead thread than starting a new one if it's relevant to the old.
