New in the Hamilton area

Hey all,

So I’ve just decided to get back into fishing, I need to keep busy until waterfowl opens in September. I used to fish when I was a kid and on and off since then but nothing too serious.

I’m in the Hamilton area (stoney creek) and haven’t really done much fishing in this area; the back end of Binbrook conservation and Hamilton pier is the extent of my experience in the area.

Anyone have any tips on where to go for shore fishing? Or better yet anyone want to meet up?

Do you carp fish? I’ve been spending my time in the harbour carp fishing.

I was primarily thinking bass, but I would be down for anything really.
