Hi my name is Marcus and I typically fish in the Richmond hill area, I have stumbled across a bunch of places in the oak ridges, Richmond hill area that have flocks of bass and mainly perch,sunfish, from my knowledge I have fished bond lake many many times and its a decent lake that im pretty sure your allowed to fish at now, I have stumbled across Philips lake which looks like a fishing gold mine, I do know the lake is private though, my buddy went a year or so back and he said he caught a small bass, and a few sunfish within an hour or so then he took off, if anyone has more information or previous fishing history or basically anything on Philips lake fishing or oak ridges fishing in general fell free to text back cheers, Marcus.
