Hi all, looking forward to the depth of knowledge and experience from this site. Mid-fifties, recently had hip replacement surgery. Looking for Covid agreeable activity for at least a couple weekends. Great memory of catching our fill of Walleye from Stoney Lake back in the mid 80's. Cooking it up and bringing some home. Looking to replicate the same experience with family guys for maybe a day trip. I don't think my hip could handle a fishing boat so shore/dock might be it for me this Fall. Got a buddy who lives near a good trout spot near Barrie. Some of our family lives in London so West is also an option (I'm in Mississauga) My ideal day would be to arrive somewhere early, fish, have lunch, then fresh fish fry for dinner. Whatever we are allotted to bring home, and call it a night. Covid friendly, outdoors, dock or land for this year. Any direction or pointers would be appreciated. Thanks
