The thing with fishing in marinas is that people spend a lot of money on their boat and don't want to end up with hooks in their covers or sails. Not sure whether its actually illegal or not though

Me and my old man were fishing a creek last July. It was getting dark so I started to head back to the car along the path. I was almost back to the car when I heard something big moving in the bush. Thinking it was my dad I called out then something started running in my direction. When I bent down to look under a tree to see what it was I saw a buck full stride coming right at me. I said holy f@&k and the deer put on the brakes realizing i was there and changed direction maybe 10 feet away. Yep I almost got run over by a deer lol

I have had luck with spinners (blue fox, mepps) and spoons (wablers, cleos ). As for rods I would just use the gear you would use for pike you don't need anything super heavy
But if all else fails just start drowning worms and you can get some pretty interesting fish like a flounder or skate off the bottom

If I took the crayfish from the same body of water I used them in I don't see a problem. I would have to read the regs again but I am pretty sure there is a possession limit on them so you can be fined if you had too many
