That is BC cast, which requires HEAVY weight on the line to generate the momentum to spin the reel.

It is also the very same reason why baitcaster reels require stuff 3/8oz in order to cast.

Wallis cast. PERIOD.

Expect to struggle for 3~6 months
then enjoy near-zero line twist for the rest of your life.
