I have heard it is really weedy there, but they should not be too bad this time of the year. I heard pike city there as well. Have yet to check it out and it is only a half hour from my house.
I cannot wait to get out for my bass fishing season for Smallies and of Large Mouths! It is going to be great with having a nice new set of waders to get into those nice river spots with nice deep pools for the smallies. I love living on the Grand River system so many nice areas. Especially on the smaller rivers too, like the Nith and Conestogo. Wish everyone the best for opener! Anyone recommend colors for tubes and which sizes. I am newer to those. I seen in there 1/8oz jigs are good size to not get snags. Colors would be a great piece of advice.
Very nice browns for sure. I am looking forward to checking out some of the small streams that are off the beaten path in my area for the trout. Its been a late season for everything. Best of luck tossing the line rest of the summer.
