There are pike but no walleye - and the lake is already so heavily fished that you won't catch many eaters. Too many people keeping the fish from there already. Please practice C & R.

As someone who has viewed hundreds of days of the runs but only tried to fish the salmon runs once ever (this year haha)... I have no useful input but questions...
1. Isn't it technically illegal to keep the roe and dump the fish?
2. Would you need a license to sell roe - like you do for selling minnows?
3. Do people pretty much only take roe from Pacific?
