Yes Essa has it own permit over and above the Ministry Lic.  I agree it is BS and will fish above or below Essa.

 

Also be aware of the no kill zone from the Boyne to the Pine.  Catch and release and barbless hooks only

Hi everyone iam new here, started fishing a long time ago in the atlantic ocean and loved it. Then had a realy long pause, then last year sufferd a spinal cord ingury. Just this year started to fish again and the passion is still there. Well hope to contribute to the forum as best I can.
