Triofishermen

Hello ladies and gents. My first fishing forum. Just started fishing last year as my 6 year old fell in love with fishing last year after catching a nice 2 pound LM. Since then, my brither, son and I get out a few times a month to catch some fish. Usually bass. We fish Bancroft quite a bit, where my parents have a trailer and John boat. But we drive up to Wilberforce and other spots to shore fish. Currently saving for a boat so in the mean time I'm looking for some nice shore fishing spots. Heading up to stoney lake this weekend, heard there is some smallmouth (my fav) up there. Hope to land a few. Gonna start at Burleigh falls. I'll post our results if we have any luck. If anyone has any tips for the area please share.
