I know that lake ontario is VERY HIGH. not sure about other lakes. However that is also very far away.

A guy told me he saw massive catfish in around the mouth once while he was walking. That would be in the harbour area. Im not sure what upstream would hold.

Are suckers a problem? You would catch fish in my opinion. But im not sure if it would be constant suckers. Never tried it though.
