Fishbum ... I have to agree, the worse customer service I have ever seen. The were short one shirt on our Christmas order and they still haven't sent it. I've sent emails and tried calling numerous times. They have responded by email saying they would correct the order but nothing yet.
We used the sizing chart and ordered accordingly but all the shirts are too tight. If you order from them up size you choice. And don't bother trying the live chat on their web site it never works. They also never answer the phone. you get the standard message" do to a large number of call we ask that you get a hold of us by email"
This company should be ashamed of its self. Again I cant stress it enough..... Poor at best Customer service..
