This fish was the smallest we caught .. By the looks of things Rice Lake is Becoming a premier fishing lake again. Thanks god . Between all the rude people that catch everything and keep everything I'd say the bass population is thriving once again on this lake :)) It reminds me of 1990's when fishing was amazing... Thank you ministry for doing your job :))
