....the canoe and I are heading out in 2 hours. What a horrible spring and summer thus far. Ugh!
... you guys rock.... work consumes me but tonight, after 4 weeks, it appears my fishin' haunts are "clearing up"... I may get out to harass some Drum
.... Senkos are locked and loaded... i am fishing a gentle drop-off/slope 9 - 30 feet with a weedline (with pike also), senkos may be a tad early but I am dyin' to try'em after a long winter.... we need pics by Sunday midnight here!
...saw some naughty Canadians targeting bass on the Upper River yesterday and today. These guys should, and do, know better. By their gear and boats I know for a fact they know there are breaking the law. Three guys on shore in different locales said they had called the TIPS line to report. The opener is this Saturday for pete's sake

jigged 5 hours last night.... some small guys and a 24-incher, back at it tonight and sunday night.... make hay while the sun shines, err, moon glows... Old Man Winter comethHappy Birthday brother Dugger!! And many more...drum...
.... just in off the river after jigging for 7 hours, beauty night out there before the rain arrives... got the usual mixed bag

full moon is killing me.... ugh, back at it tomorrow night
Two days to ful moon and the fishing was tough tonight.... two drum on jigs
just off the river.... plenty of fish hitting the jigs, 5 Drum (largest 25 inches), some nice Channel Cats and plenty o' Crappie!
just in from the water.... fish fish fish!!! Shall post some pics Sunday after we see how it is tomorrow!
