well... the first carp im my area was caught thursday march 15th... wow... i was happy to be the net man for the fine angler who caught it... it was a pleasure fishing with this angler for the first time... he really taught me a lot about his veiws on carp fishing on the mighty st.lawrence...

woooohhh... i wouldnt go early in the morning this time of year.... try to have lines in around 7-8am and fish till 4-5pm... there should be a feeding window in there...

Ive done night sessions before... Not as productive as the daytime... Any night session I have done... The best results were around 5am-7am Lots of big fish are caught early early in the morning... A lot of the time I try to set up when it's still dark out... And bait up the night before...

Really bad idea... Because some honest folks are gunna put up thier honey holes while others post fake spots... And take advantage of the honest people... Giving out waypoints is a terrible idea... General information about general areas/lake/rivers isn't bad... But if you do this your gunna...

April carp is a blast...

i cant believe how consistantly those carp were surface feeding... ive never seen that in open water before... only in big mats of weeds... thanks that was a really cool video

and if you had of watched the video you would have known that kony has moved out of uganda into surounding countries... so yeah...in 2010 uganda probably wasnt that bad.... and its probably even better now... the one guy that made the video has been trying to get kony captured for 8 years now...

its called a Bondy Bait... basically... a slab of rubber with the hook attachment on the top of the lure... and the spinner blade on the back spins really nice on a cast and retrieve or vertical presentation... the resistance of the spinner blade helps the lure dive vertical... originally...

actually havent used the money minnows yet... i got em for spring pike fishing... i stalked up on several baits last year after trying spring pike for the first time and boating 16 in an afternoon... now im hooked... and yes...those are to adjustable weight hooks... but again... havent used em...
