I am pretty sure I can get out to Scarborough.....I think the TTC will get me close to there. This weekend I was hoping to head over to the island, but i am on call so might have to bin that till next week....rubbish! So the alternative is to go the harbour front on Sunday. That will be my plan.

Yea, remember the TTC is brutal at the best of times, so ideally places that wont take over an hour to get to. I get hire cars for work from time to time, ended up at the Bass Pro shop once, and was blown away with the section...wish I had bought something!

Hey, I am looking for some recommendations for shopping in GTA for gear. Currently I have a very basic setup - Ugly stick + basic lures (pack from Canadian Tire) I am wanting to get a better setup for some urban fishing in the coming months. Is there any place people would recommend...

This is an interesting post. Great to see some nice pike downtown. I always thought that water in High Park should hold some nice pike too. I have been lurking for a while here, and think this year (as a bonus still being in Canada) that I want to get out and fish more than I did last year...
