    Ice fishin partner?

I'm in Hamilton, lots of lakes to choose from all depends on how far you want to drive. I've got all the gear, and a ton of walk on spots that don't really require a machine. Doesn't hurt to have one though, I'll upload a bunch of pictures from last years hardwater season into my album today.

Scratched the itch the last two days

Ugh me either, got to test out my new tipup/tipdown design and it worked like a charm. Now all it needs is some whitie slime, and a few screaming runs of a laker to break it in right. Lol Trying to figure out where to go this coming Monday, don't want to stay at the small local lake if I don't...

Scratched the itch the last two days

Got out on a small lake just north of the hammer, was lucky to find safe ice after doing the leg work. Caught 3 pike, 4 perch, and 1 catfish the first day. Second day managed 5 pike, 7perch, and two cats. No size to the pike, all between 1-3 pounds. Still so awesome to get the dust off the...

    Niagara river

Well then let's be honest, the more you complain. Or try to "educate" other members your just bringing more attention to that spot. You would have been better off to leave it alone, and not whine about it*

    Niagara river

No kidding eh, like I could understand if it was a small lake. Truthfully if it was that much of an issue why hasn't an admin chimed in, lol.

    Niagara river

Nothing better than a guy who thinks they "own" a public fishing spot/drift, you have way too much time on your hands to worry about other people fishing Niagara. It's a huge body of water, and everyday is different there. Regardless what's posted, shouldn't stop you from catching fish...

    Let's go fishing this weekend!

Just saw this post, and although I don't do much trout fishing if your into ice fishing I have quite a few spots within a 1-3hour drive from Hamilton. Anything from perch, lakers, white fish, walleye, ling, and pike. Have tons of pictures to put money where my mouth is, so to speak. Lol Have all...

    "New" to ice fishing

Good post for sure, I would be careful how many minnows you keep/post online. Max amount for anyone at any given time is 120, I could care less. I have seen some posts about MNR watching online forums though, so thought I would mention it to be safe. I'm in Hamilton, and do quite a bit of ice...

    Homemade gear

Well lately I've been getting back into wood working, and have starting building my custom tipups/tipdowns. Also started a pretty detailed replica whitefish ice fishing stick for my lucky tipdown. Lol man what a pain in the a$$ to cut each scale out by hand, but finally got the scales finished...
