    trust worthy waders

I have entry level SIMMS, beat the shit out of them. They leaked, after who knows how many years of torture, drunk falls and chili farts. They go to work with me and the harsh chemicals I work with, patched up and waterproof.

Couple of questions about floating on a pin from a newbie

Unless you have the exact same rig and cast in the exact same spot, you are not guaranteed anything compared to the guy catching fish next to you. All this takes time and experience, keep plugging away, it will all fall into place. Focus in on one area and fish it to learn the ropes, leave...

    Stocking a pond, need advice

You have a current through the pond? How? Is there a creek that runs through it? Is it a lined pond or soft bottom like a lake? 5 feet deep? Pretty shallow, a harsh winter most likely will take everything out unless you run an aerator through the winter to keep it oxygenated. Your pond...

Is highway 60 in Algonquin Park that Bad?

I've caught brookies off HWY 60 lakes in Spring, not 5 lbers but a few that were 2lbers so ya, there is hope. And bring the jacket and bug dope. Get experience and assemble a team, go deep into the bush. Those little back lakes are just nuts if ya get 'em right.
