I was fishing at Scugog a couple of weeks ago with some buddies when a cop pulled up and asked to see our licences. That really sucks. I hate that some people don't care and will literally bag any and all fish they catch. Isn't there a number you can call (TIPS)? They may not come down right away but I'm hoping they will atleast log these calls and one day a plain clothes officer will fine these individuals...
