Hey everyone, I am new to the board and new to steelheading and love it, I am also in need of some equipment, Looking for a decent but hopefully cheaper float reel and chest pack, I appreciate it,

I run the rapala type r and it's deffinately not a mooching reel. For a starter reel if you will it's a great reel I love it and the tolerances are great. Spins phenomenal. Would recommend for those starting out.
